The difficult left-shoulder has become problematic. The pain kept me awake for two hours after moving to the floor. Waking at 06.00, the pain and discomfort of lying in one position on my back acted against further sleep. Rising at 07.15, uncomfortably.
A misty, frosty morning has given way to a nippy, bright morning.
